So the naked cowboy wants to run for mayor of NYC. C'mon man. Here is his campaign video. He says that he hopes this video gives us a better idea of who he is, well, yes naked cowboy man, making your campaign video sitting legs crossed wearing only underwear and a cowboy hat while sitting on a floral armchair gives me a pretty good idea of who you are. His 'grassroots marketing campaign', aka holding a guitar while wearing no clothes, has actually given the dude a surprising amount of cash, enough to even buy some pants, but at the end of the day he's still just a mediocre guitar player wearing only his underwear taking pictures with tourists.

he's been a badass for a while now, but he deserves the award for BotD and what better day than July 30 to hit him with the SOTB BOTD award. So congrats Perry Hilton. You will recognize Perry, or Eric Christian Olsen, from movies like 'Dumb and Dumberer', 'Fired up', 'Beerfest', and if you're lame enough, the zach braff lead mega downer/bore 'the last kiss' (i've seen it). Anyway, he is great as his Perry Hilton character.

C'mon Man: Miley Cyrus Stalker

So this 50 something year old freak was arrested (but for some reason let go) for stalking prepubescent miley cyrus. This dude said "I've kinda been watching everything she does" and thinks that Hannah communicates with him through the TV. He was booked for making crude comments and fighting with police at some Miley event intended for 13 year old teenie boppers. During his battle with police the perv shouted "F--- you and your rules!" and "I will f-ing be with Miley! The only bigger perv I can think of is this guy...



I guess miley broke up with this 20 year old underwear model, but if I read their john mayer lyric riddled twitter posts correctly, this highly illegal couple is ready for round 2! He's 20, she's 16. C'mon man. Stop rocking the cradle and grow up, or at least wait a couple of years for miley to. When asked about the relationship her best friend Lizzie said she's just being Miley.
